It's in 2nd District of Tarlac where Noynoy was congressman... They are running the Hacienda Luisita. Luisita is mother of Cory. This statement is too defensive for Noynoy. What did he do when he was the congressman??! and now senator??!

By the way, Gibo was rep of 1st District of Tarlac and has nothing to do with Hacienda Luisita. It's not there side of Cojuangcos, they even have conflicts.

Instead of giving out doleouts, why not put government priorities on job creation, entrepreneurship and business opportunities?

Example: sale of cannabis (marijuana) is legal in some states for medical purposes. why not plant this for export? we are missing an opportunity here. I do not know if jamaica is sucessful here.
