Justifiable mana imoha pagabsent kay nanghid man ka sa imo employer nga moabsent due to chicken pox, pero if ur decision is final nga mo resign jud ka kay dili naka ganahan it's ur prerogative pero kinahanglan man tingale ka mo render ug 15-30days para pag turnover sa imo mga workloads, still bayaran man gihapon ka ana nga days u've worked..
depende sa company policy usually 15 or 30 days prior sa date of resignation...
with or without valid reason, company gihapon nimu ang magbuot ana sisy

normally, resignation should be effective 30 days from the moment you passed it to your IMMEDIATE superior. but since ga AWOL naman ka. if you submit it, it could be effective immediately. if nabayran ka, surely it was taken from your leave credits.

nag OJT ko karon then ang gi pa buhat ra namu is stamping ORs and other receipts na wala pa na use..i'm a BS management accounting student...3 mi kabuok nag ojt ani na company then all we did was stamping..ning reklamo nami 3 coz our work didto kay dili accounting related...and it is stated in our MOA na ang i assign jd na work sa student trainee is kanang field jd in accntng auditing finance and taxation..then we called kaotng ni hire namu (but an pa kau sa sugod..she gave us a print out of our duties and responsibilities gani na ok kauu unta..naa jd accounting bah) ..ni ask mi if maka do bah mi ug accounting work while we are on training...ang iyang gi tubag is "we'll see.." (na ning2 mi sa amu mga miga)..then she said wala daw gi ingon sa MOA namu na kaialngan jd daw accnting related...(in fact it is really stated in our MOA jd)
ako question is...ok ra bah mi mu state sa amung reason why mi mu resign? (negative or harsh man ra bah paminawon if mu ana mi the reason why i am resigning in ur co. is coz the work you assigned to us isn't related to accounting andd it is stated in our moa na mao ni mao na..)

unsa man ilang policy with regards to resignation? if okay ra nila ang immediate then okay ra kaayo.
pass lang resignation sa imong manager ug sa hr department.
if in case dili sila musugot nga immediate, then you have to respect it. kay if imong inforce nga immediate, then tabla ra nimo ug gibastos ang company. you do not want to burn the bridges so to speak. gidawat ka nila nga maayo diha sa imong company, then pahawa pud nga minaayo.
kay kung magginahi ka sa imong ulo kay paksit imong 201 File.
