Bai Ernest, try gyud ug OJT sa actual operations and marketing sa inyo business. This way you will be able to visualize if all the projections/ plans/ targets are possible and you can also check the actual expenses (layu ra ba inyo) forwarded to you by your partner. Know all the "in and out" of the business. You must have also an "EXIT PLAN".inato ra gyud na tambag ni ako hehehe pero based on actual experience ni.

so true. agree jud ko ani.

ang sayup sa mga financial partners kay nagtuo kutob ra sila provide funds but its best jud na naa kay first hand knowledge sa inyong ops so you would know what the challenges and strengths of your business are. also, so you can make informed decisions based on the actual figures and standing of your business.

bro what do you mean sa exit plan? kuyawan lagi ko ana. hehehe...
currently bro, a friend who happens to be a former adviser sa world bank and now sa adb is helping me pagpahan-ay sa operations, got a lawyer/accountant to help me monitor and local bookeeper. im planning to sell some shares and offer it to my friend and the lawyer so that they can be part of our board. at least im sure akong tao gani sila. any comments ani bro?
ang pinaka-importante gyud ani rn bro ampo lang gyud kanunay...
