acbel psu user here for more than a year already with overclocking @ 24 hr, no problem whatsoever and very stable.
we have also couple of HEC PSUs, 1 died & RMAd.
both brands are great & served me well. some in tipidpc.com even use it for their SLIs and have no problems
acbel polytech inc. is just not so well-known here locally but they received awards and being used by leading brands like IBM, Apple, HP, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and NEC. they are also certified by ISO 9001,TL 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
