    HUMBA #2:

    mga gamit: baboy any part, ahos, onion, salt, paminta, sugar, cornstarch, tuyo n suka.

    preparacion: clean baboy, duog ahos and paminta, chop onion.

    cooking time: lat-e ang baboy, then pag lata na, stir, then get pan, heated then put oil, then fry salt dsolve, then garlic, onion, then add baboy, mas ok pag cubes cut, then paminta, then water, gamay, then tuyo n suka, sugar dayon. then pag gamay na iya sabaw, add the cornstarch with water para palaput.

    remainders. make sure to adjust and control the taste jud, mas ok sa humba na lata cya. and dko kabalo humba sa buhol. hehehehe

    ang lahi ani na humba kai wala nato gi mix daan ang lamas while sa pag lata, ang gi fry nato ang mga lamas sa humba 2, ang sa taste, mas ni duot ang humba 1 kai long process man sa pag insert sa taste sa lamas. then sa humba 2. mas isug iya baho kai sa pag fry sa lamas, pero depende raman sa pag cook gud and dili kaayo ko kabalo about humba.

    hehehe not so great na cuisine hope i still hope na naka share ko gamay. ^_^

    preparation: clean pork, dok2 ahos, chop circle onion, dok2 paminta

    pag luto: lat-ang ang baboy, then mix na ang tuyo, suka, laurel, ahos, onion sa pag lata. then pag gamay na ang sabaw, taste taste and adjust sa lasa, ang naka lahi ani, kai aslum ang taste, dili ni cya tam-is. some people add limonsito pag ing-ani na humba. pero lain man tawag ani na cooking, i think this is not humba. hehehehe. pero hope i can still share.

    same gihapon: baboy pero mas ok pag belly, so belly ani ok? ahos, sugar, tuyo n suka, paminta and salt, si laurel d i noh? hehehe. cornstarch d i palapot.

    pag andam kai naay police: clean baboy, dok2 paminta and ahos.

    cook napud ta humba. hehehehehe. lat-e ang pork belly with ahos ok and salt. then pag lata najud, get it stir. then heat pan oil, salt to dsolve, gamay lang sa, then fry ang pork belly with paminta seasoning, make sure dika ma paso, pag scrab suit and mask para safety. safety 1st before anything else jud. then make it brown2 both sides sa pork belly.low heat dayon and get it out and chop the pork belly vertically, basta morag pisa sa madjong, hehehe then butang sa plate and taronga ok, design jud kai presntation ni. then fry the onion and laurel and with paminta, used the oil gigamit sa fry sa pork belly, then add water tuyo, suka and sugar brown. then taste it ok? adjust sa taste, then cornstarch and water add cya para palabot. then when its done, add it for dressing sa pork belly imo gi plate na. add some greens para nice tan-awon.

    best for redhorse and rice. heheheh.

    preparation: same ghapon, HAPA MGA BROD! KAI NAAY HAPON... hehehehehe. dok2 ahos and paminta, wash baboy with clean water ^_^, open canned pineapples.

    luto napud ta ani humba, hahay , dili namn ni humba oi. hehehehe

    lat-an ang baboy, then mix daan ang tuyo n suka salt n paminta n ahos, then pag low na ang water, add sugar n pineapples apil ang sabaw sa pineapple sa lata. then adjust taste ok ok? then cornstarch para laput. hehehehe. goodluck ^_^

    waaaaaaaa humba, pagka humba lingin..^_^

    HUMBA TIPS: kani lang sa, kai muag balik balik na. hehehe, naa koy humba walang asosina, ang humbe #1 naa pero ang uban wala, then naa pud ko sour na humba, then ahos, tuyo, suka, sugar n paminta lang mag base ang lasa.

    my tips, never forgt the tuyo, suka, paminta, salt pag humba and sugar n ahos. if walay suka, ok ra ang tuyo n sugar, kai base mana sila sa tiriyaki sauce mantingali na, then pag walay tuyo, suka ra, ok lang pud kai base na sa sweet n sour, so alternative na pag magkulang sa pang palasa, pero pag walay baboy, dili nana humba. then humba mag labi ang FAT FATS FAT. hehehe. then ang pang palasa pud sa humba ang paminta jud, then ahos, then tuyo n suka, laurel pud n asosina, tanan nalang. hehehehe. depende rajud na sa magluto. ang evolution ani kai patatim mantingali. hybrid na humba. hehehehe. is mag patatim, add lang ktchp sa humbe #5 and asosina, kanang apil sa pag lata or wat? try it lang, kai wala pako ka try ana noon, hehehe

    hope to see your opnions pag maka try mo sa akong mga foods. tell me what inyo ika say? basta u should know how to cook jud, kai depnde rajud ni sa pang lasa and dskarte sa mag cook. ^_^

    STICKY STICKS STICK: bread sticks, quicky melty cheese, mozzarella, tomatis, billpaper sa veco mcwd etc. hehehehe, bilpeper btaw. woot woot woot. ground beef or chicks ^_^ chicken. salt and its black! or.. white! ye ye yeaaaaa.... pepper. like MJ. hehehe, hot sauce, mayo, pickles na bits, katong dice btaw, lettuce, onion, pepino ^_^ pizza seasoning, ground parmisan cheese.

    freferacion: hehehehe, ofcorse clean them all. ^_^ then segregate mga veges and seasonings.

    frosidure: dice bilpeper, dice onion, dice tomatis, then mix it in a bowl, also add the pickles, salt n pepper. set aside.

    for the cheeses, heat a deep pan, add the quick melt, mozarela, mayo and sauce sa pickles, salt n pepper gamay lang and pizza seasoning. then set aside in low heat na add little water, gamay lang para dili cya ma pa-ig, or add oil or olive oil.

    for the meat: heat pan, oil, salt gamay or ok ra wala, fry the meat, beef or chickn, or both para choy. heheheh. then add some tuyo for the beef and limonsito para sa chckn para alum gamay. hehehe.

    for the serving, the mix dice veges put it in a flat plate, then bread sticks, on the side, then the meat on the other side, then the cheese on a diping bowl or basta ma butang lang ang cheese. then serve it na. for the lettuces and pepino are side dish lang.

    extra extra etxra. other way to serve it pud. u can dip the sticks sa cheese or spread it sa sticks, then roll sa meat, then roll sa veges, then add some seasoning dayon, make sure, even ang pag roll na ma mix pud ang dice veges and the meat. basin inig roll, wala nay meat kai meat lover d i ang nag roll LOL. or u can do it sprinkle lang then and parmizan add ons lang pud and to with the hot sauce. then make sure ok ang presentation. mas ok jud unta na ma maintain nato warm ang cheese, if dip2 lang ang trip, mas ok cya kai OHHHHHHHH ang mozaila bya kai nice pag hot and goes with the quick melt.

    best with fresh juices or wine white or red, rhum brandy, jokebox hehehehe. ^_^
