    i agree with this... doing cardiovascular exercise can effectively reduce the weight of a person... i used to play basketball, jog, run or exercise in a treadmill for 20 minutes everymorning(pag highschool pa nako) and ever since i stop doing those exercises i gain lots of weight... tsk... tsk.. i used to weigh 100 lbs when i was in 1st yr college now i weigh more than 160 lbs. tsk..tsk..

    Ari kami sa Guadalupe dapit sa brgy. hall o adto sa Guadalupe church diretso sa taas pa sa may Kalunasan ug Napo asta balikan. At age 56, in top shape pa. Wlay maski ano sakit.

    Eat healthy diet and in moderation pa. Very health conscious jud.

    really??..how nice i will try this also, u know im also overweight at my age i weigh about 162 lbs.....energetic amn sad ko dali kaayu ko singoton ang naka apan lang kay kusog kaayu ko mo drink ug water.mao na tubigon kaayu ko...sometimes a skip eating my meal but kun mahinaykan sad grabe sad mo sadsad...hehe

    3 days na ni nako gi-try

    pag tuesday, from IT Park to Foodland (30 mins)
    pag wednesday, from IT Park to Foodland gihapon
    just yesterday, from Ayala to Foodland (1 hour)

    i'll post after a month, heheheh

    my exercise is biking but only weekends kay work man...murag wala pa kaayo mo gamay kay kaon man sad sakto inig human ug bike...gutom man gud...need any inputs from you on how to control my intake...foods needed para naa sad kay kusog mo bike at the same time dili makatambok...hehe

    Just yesterday i tried walking from UC Main to Jugan COnsolacion (2hrs30 mins)...
    tomorow i plan to walk vice versa...

    ive been jogging in abellana for the past 3 yrs and i have maintained my weight even without dietary restrictions, (suffice it to say, i eat a lot)....

    i havent experieced the immediated "rebound" weight gain during the 2-3months lull na di ko ka-jog.

    hi guys,

    I agree walking is the best exercise it releases stress. i did it before and i did lose some pounds.
