i agree with this... doing cardiovascular exercise can effectively reduce the weight of a person... i used to play basketball, jog, run or exercise in a treadmill for 20 minutes everymorning(pag highschool pa nako) and ever since i stop doing those exercises i gain lots of weight... tsk... tsk.. i used to weigh 100 lbs when i was in 1st yr college now i weigh more than 160 lbs. tsk..tsk..
