It's actually tasty. It's not just fried pork brain or fat or liver. It's a mixture of pork brain, flour perhaps, then some spices. When it's sauteed, they add soy sauce into it for added flavoring.
You can easily catch Hepa B and other communicable disease when you join in and dip your "puso" with the others. If you want to avoid all those hands, you can tell the lady to cook you a portion then pour it on your rice--this way you don't have to share your cooked pork brain!
But of course the high cholesterol is still here, not for the health conscious.
