Fallacy. No one here can prove that god exists, ergo, the proof that the universe was created by "intelligence" is fallacious, based on that reasoning (that the rest of the theories involve chance).

That's exactly my point. It doesn't matter if it was (a) god or the flying spaghetti monster, the point is, there is no proof that such a being/entity exists. And since that cannot be proven [i]withing the confines of this subforum[/b], then a discussion along those lines doesn't belong here (because we'd be assuming that such an entity exists, if we were to accept that item one as being true), and belongs more in the SnO section.

Christians claim there is a God that creates the universe.

Yours are claims of faith. This subforum caters to topics that do not depend on faith, but rational thinking and the scientific method. Thus, if you do not cease to discuss matters of faith, I shall lock this thread.
