The Christian tones are not heavy at all. Only a Christian will be able to read between the lines, and it still takes bit of discernment at that.
After all, C.S. Lewis originally wrote it for kids and it is still a fairy tale, at that.

the chronicles of narnia are one of the best books i've ever read... nice kaau.

there was a write-up on jk rowling in reader's digest before the 1st harry potter book went out nga she got her idea from the narnia & lotr books.
