There were a lot of old skool retro games that still shine.
12 years ago I would pay 1 peso for 5 minutes of game time for a NES (my neighborhood was one of the coolest NES stations in all of cebu second only to Centrum ; internet cafes are still a thing of the distant future back then).
They were the glorious days of:
Faxanadu (a very good action RPG)
Bionic Commando (one of my very best favorites for a platformer)
Ninja Gaiden 1-2-3 (Ryu Hayabusa go ninja go ninja go!)
Castlevania 1-2-3
Batman
Double Dragon 1-2-3
Konami World
Master Blaster
Salamander (a clone of gradius, this was the first game cartridge I owned)
The one thing I'm proud of is that I've played these games in their time
Yes of course there are today's emulators, but I would say the experience is not the same.

unsa gani to deprencia sa NES ug FAMICOM..? ako gamit ron pagplay is famicom... executable file is nesticle.exe... , family computer games.. battlecity...salamander..etc...

my brother played Mario 3 with our age old NES console yesterday... i'm currently playing Zombies Ate My Neighbors in SNES via emulation... played this game in the real console before pero lisod gyud kaayo and i'm trying to finish the game now...
N64 roms
