anyway, i believe the herp on the TS's avatar is not a wolf snake. i think it's a black mamba (Dendroaspis polylepis). right??

the photo is so small, it's quite hard to make out the features. but basing on the stance, the eyes, and the buccal area... i believe it is so.

yep... black mamba jud na xa.. hehe.. it's actually my favorite snake.. hehe.. tame naman ako lycodon run.. di na xa mamaak.. the problem is my retic.. he's getting bigger2 nah.. haha.. hadluk jud ko muhikap nia.. kay aggressive xa nako.. haha..

hahaha.. suwai nia daw tag hunting ug reptiles sunod.. pero lisud lng jud kau pangitaon or dakpon.. unlike local T's which are "suki na namu" ni e_migz haha..

ganahan ku magbuhi ug local rat snakes.. ug kanang mga arboreal na snakes like whip snakes na local.. or also known as hanlulukay.. haha.. mag.sayaw2 man gud..

i've been keeping snakes since i was a kid. ever since before i studied them, i already was keeping them.
eally fascinating creatures, they are.
illegal? i don't think so, i haven't broken any laws here, have i?
and most of my snakes are my former specimens which i have decided to keep and raise..

Oh i see, dugay2x najud diay... What specimens do u recommend for a newbie? It is ok kung COBRA or Rattle Snake ang buhi-on? Naa ba na sa cebu ng mga bitina? How many years mabuhi ang bitin? Thanks sa mga info Sir Herp_Doctor, daghan jud makat-onan ang mga istoryan diri...

ahahaha.. ayaw pagbuhi ug venomous uie.. sa ako lng opinion sa, ang newbie dapat buhion kay cornsnakes, ratsnakes, kingsnakes, or a ball python.. di sd ko mu.recommend ug bigger pythons kay mudagko jd cla.. labi na ang local retics... saputon kau na usahai.. or if ganahan ka mamatai.. go ahead.. pagbuhi ug naja philippinensis.... mangita pman kag sa gawas na venomous snakes na naa man sa a2 ang one of the most potent cobra venoms.. hehe..
