    there's no use on holding grudges...
    what i did, i tried to focus on other stuff...
    somewhat moving on...

    you're right justin..it's just that when you are still fresh from that heartache..i believe it is normal to go through such..but then maybe later on..after you have spent precious strength on hatred and anger then you could probably start to refocus your energy to something else constructive..to help you move on and get over her completely..

    then you can look back and see it as nothing more than a lesson learned..
