I heard walking is more effective when it comes to firming your tummy. Plus dili ka dali ma discourage unlike jogging undang dayun kay kapoy.
Too bad...jogging is not for everyone. I cant jog because of chondromalacia patella.
walking kay paangat man sa bukid.... di ma dalag jogging nig saka gud nig pa.ubos hinuon ok ra.... sa south hills sa tisa diay ko mg.walk/jog.
i prefer jogging when it comes to faster weight loss.. effective pd ang walking but it takes a while before makita ang pinaghirapan..
