    before starting an exercise regimen consult a physician para ma assess niya ang imong present condition, needs, appropriate program and realistic goals. while age is a factor, importante sad ang imong lifestyle: diet, alcohol intake, stress level etc.

    when you start an exercise program hinay lang. give ur body enough time maka adjust before going to the next level. don't go for quick fixes kay easy come easy go. importante ang consistency para long-term benefit.

    praktis ra na bro. start lang sa imo makaya unya magkadugay e extend ang distance or resistance (cardio or weights, respectively) until such time nga ma abot na nimo imong goal.. para mas challenging, if maka kuha kag 10 rounds nga jogging in 30 mins., next time kuhaon nimo ang 10 rounds in 25 mins.. and so on, and so forth.

    seriously speaking..just take your mind off from the exercise your doing..knang dli pud totally 'taking your mind off' ky basin ma accident nuon ka.knang sakto ra na malingaw ka..then next thing you'll know you already way past your used to be distance of run..
