Sell all your ab machines. Hire a professional or consult a sports nutritionist or registered dietitian. Train your body overall. Do not just concentrate on ab muscles. They act like any other skeletal muscle. They will over train. Jogging or running will contribute to your overall calorie expenditure which means you may be able to lose fat weight. This factor may have more effect in showing your 'six-pack' than endless crunches. Do not hesitate to lift as heavy as you can handle safely (with proper professional guidance) for the major muscle groups. Sama sa Pecs , Butt, Thighs ug uban pa. Bigger muscles mean higher metabolic rate which means more calorie expenditure which may also mean less fat. Less body fat more chnaces nga makita imo six- pack. Yes you still have to do a reasonable amount of crunches and yes sit-ups when done properly is very good. It trains the hip flexors as well. Good luck

Adto sa kinabaratuhan nga gym imong makita nga na-ay basic nga gamit. Pangitag maka tabang sa imo sa freeweights(Barbell , dumbell). Wa gud ko sa Cebu ron pero kung makaanha ko ignan tika. Oo ga workout sad ko pero gamay lang lately.
do cardio exercise in the morning before u eat para hilison ang fat sa imo lawas kay kong mo eat naka ang hilison ana ang imo rang gi kaon so pabilin ang fat na naa sa imo lawas.
