    4) Take a 10 minute walk after dinner. Focus on the good things that happened to you that day. If pressed to find a good thing then focus on the fact that you are well enough to take a 10 minute walk.
    5) Take OMEGA Complex (omega 3,6,9) works on cortisol the stress hormone. I have proven this to REALLY bring down my stress levels significantly. I take 2 x 1,200 mg a day.
    5) Give your husband/wife/mom/dad/sister/dog/cat a hug. A good hug back will certainly take away the stress.

    What NOT to do to avoid more stress:
    1) Watching bad news on tv right before sleeping. Limit news reading to the morning and not in the evenings.
    2) If there are certain films or shows that upset you then don't watch them before you sleep.
    3) Avoid negative people
    4) DUring the day take a power nap.
    5) Learn to say no in a good way.
    in addition:
    1. don't let small stuff ruin your day.
    2. Vitamin C and B complex supplements also helps relieve stress
    3. always think that stress can cause cardiac arrest (hahaha)

    Agree! eat well, sleep well and laugh a lot.

    stresss hormone known as cortisol causes a lot of damage. from heart disease to brain damage. pinaka ka famous...maka tambok gyud!

    cortisol is an autoimmune response to supress inflamation (anti inflammatory) in terms of trauma, pero too much of these is very harmful and has a variety of 2nd'ary reaction.

    so live well, avoid stressful situations. statistics, boys are more prone to stress than girls. girls usually handles well and thats why they live longer than boys. boys always die earlier than their partner or partners.

    mag churva..hahaha.. kung lay lain mabuhat kay mag tagay with friends para happy or mo eat ko chocolate it makes me happy or matulog to the max..

    clear up your mind.. smile and laugh often.. have a massage.. eat what u like to eat and have more sleep.. sometimes i hang out with friends for a couple of beers, listen to acoustic rnb musics or just sing out loud sa vdeokehan..hhehehe
