    depende sa anad. your body will eventually adapt... just minimize boozin' after work and smoking in between... so many smokers, eh? lotsa obese in those kinda work, i observed. eat healthy food (read: vegetables and protein, not simple carbs and fat), get enough rest, exercise.. it's no big deal, really.

    What matters most is that you get your eight hours of rest. It also helps if you have a stable sleeping pattern. Again the number of required hours of sleep depends on the person, some do fine with 5, 6 and some even need 10 hours. Just make sure that you don't feel tired when you wake up. If you do, that probably means you lack rest.

    What's important is the number of hours of sleep, your body can adapt to it even it's daytime or nighttime.

    If you don't want a drowsy feel after wake-up. Avoid eating within 3 hours before bedtime, because your body is busy digesting while asleep and will drain energy for tomorrows activity.

    what if permi lang katulog? unsa effect ana? I have a friend, kauban sa thesis, and all he do is sleep during our work schedule..

    Tulog, kaun, tulog, duwa computer, tulog, adto sa skul pero matulog ghpon sa klase.. mao na iya lifestyle..
