It's very scientific na, but it has something to do with the imbalance already. You will notice in the past years naa nay buhawi here sa Cebu urban areas which is supposed to be not possible as our land mass is not as great as the western continents that have enough of the ingredients to create one. You'll also notice nga in the 90's ang typhoon season is oct-nov now even summer has typhoons and at times november init kayo. Our weather dli na motultol sa iya pattern. Avg temp here sa cebu during the 90s is around 28-29C degrees krn pinakabuos ang 29C often naa sa 30C and even 32C.

Mao na ni ang pagsugod, extreme cold, extreme heat, sudden changes in weather, etc,..

Pangutan-a usa ang imong katigulangan bai kun wa ba nahitabo na sauna. Why do you think we have the word "buhawi" in the first place if those things didn't happen in the past? And check you local PAG-AS bason ug matagaan ka ug pag-asa nga malinawan ang imo theory.

but then.. karn saturday gabii.. basi makakita ta og klaro sa mga stars dri sa siyudad.. halos dli na nato makita ang mga bitoon sa kahayag.. hehe.
Overall.. earth hour has its good and bad points...
