I find CorelDRAW much easier to use and more functional, IMHO.

it should be, CorelDRAW vs. Adoe Illustrator and CorelPHOTO Paint vs. Adobe Photoshop

no wonder lisud gamitun ang coreldraw para naku.
Photoshop was so much easier to use.
I spend halfday(without manual or help docs), still could not understand how to use corel.
I spend 1 hr in photoshop and was able to finish my desired images for my prject already. also plugins were so cool to use.

ako na lingaw ko ug corel... hehehe.. ang adobe lingaw pud pero.. mas mo prefer ko sa corel..

and btw coreldraw dont have transparency.

Are you sure? or you are one of the guys around who just doesn't know the power of Coreldraw... try Coreldraw first.. also try importing a PDF file in Coreldraw and in other vector graphic applications like Illustrator or Freehand and see that the layers in PDF is still intact compared to llustrator or Freehand... in coreldraw you dont have to select the nodes to edit the the curves but you can select anywhere along the spline.. and try it in illustrator or freehand and discover the difference..

this thread is not worth talking about . i ask the modz to close this coz wala na ni padulngan. for crying out loud, corel draw can not and will not be as good as photoshop and vice versa. they are completely different from each other.
