para sure.. eat something as close as it's natural state..
avoide processed foods nlng jud.. bt dli kalikayan nowadays.. ingon pa sa akong teacher sa biology sa college.. Fastfoods are death traps daw... ka-sad oi, alangan nmn f muadto ta ug mall, magbitbit ta ug baon daan (like mga gulay, etc) pag-gutomon ta.. hehehehe

Healthy food list
