    implement lang companies other options instead lowering down the take home pay...

    a. compressed working days (5 working days nlang pra mka save ang company sa operating cost)
    b. cost cutting on non-value adding expenses
    c. zero overtime

    ask lang ko asa naman ang mga cause-oriented group (bayan) karon?

    Kani lang unta ang i option sa company.
    Or maybe additional sa gisuggest ni profiler.
    d) Implement no OT pay pero naa lang time limit sa no OT pay.

    hinay2 lang gud ug implement sa ways na makapagamay sa expenses sa company.
    Di lang sad ta kaha nila dritsoon ug choose sa option na minusan ang sweldo sa employee oi.
    Naa paman lain option like sa above na gi post.

    mas maayo paubsan ang sweldo kaysa mawagtangan ug work.. di na jud lalim mangita ug trabaho karon bisag mga entry level positions.. kung naa man gani, lisod itag-an kung ma-regular ka or not unsaon nalang pud intawn ang mga nagdugay na sa ilang trabaho? kung paubsan sad nila ang sweldo, lets just hope menos or wala nalang unta ang mga dili necessary nga deductions..

    in my opinion none of the above choices seem quite favorable because at both ends the employee still loses something. but if i were to choose i think having a lesser salary would be better as compared to that of having to lose one's job. it is better to have brought a little money on the table than none at all.

    if your happy with ur work pero gamay ra imong dawat, i should advise you to stay with the current company...

    pero if ur not happy plus gamay sa sweldo, ngita nalang og kabalhinan... pero anha naman na daugon sa interview kung unsa imong diskarte or unsa ika-offer sa imong gi-applyan nga laing company...
