naku sis ang take ko ishigaki lang 1k lang yung 60 capsules and since maputi ka naman and for allergic rhinitis lang naman u can take lang 1 capsule a day to boost your immune system. yung 1k for 2 months mo na yun.

I suffer perennial allergic rhinitis and asthma. Ako meds are claritin, clarinase, zyrtec, aerius, ventolin. My inhaler is ventolin rotacap. My nasal spray is flixotide and another nasal turbuhaler, budecort. Kung grabe na gyud mag steroids na ko, Pred 10.

I suggest you go to an allergologist and a pulmonologist.

But when I moved sa states, mysteriously nawala lang ug kalit.

as far as i remember gikan sa ako 2 doctors. sa health check sa ayala ug EEN doctor sa cebu doc(kalimot ko sa name basta kanang pinaka right nga door sa gawas when facing cebu doc),
Allergic rhinitis is un/incurable? and FOREVER na na sya naa dha. When it is triggered you have to apply medication asap kay it could worsten. as worst as TB and/or pnuemonia.

The only thing you could do is Avoid/ safety first.
Anti-histamine of any kind that works for you is fine. but lie low on steroids/half steroids nga anti histamine (ex: Claricort - usually ang naay cort kay stroid) kay maka daut. mka brittle sa bones and etc (gkasab-an jud ko ana ni doc. wa man ko kibaw >.<)

maintaining medicine is uneccessary as allergic rhinitis is case to case basis only. Applying when it is triggered is most suggestable. since its an allergy, the best cure for allergies is expose it slowly sa iya cause till ang body na mismo mka adjust.

nag suffer ko sa ako allergic rhinitis for more than 2 months 2ngud sa ako pagka ignorante. Now, with those info, ni arang arang nko. i know i still have my allergic rhinitis pero dli na kaau sya samok. unlike before nga gamay lang, mag Nasal dripping na daun ko. dli lalim ang sip-onon sa ilalom sa ilong kay mag dry cough tapos mag sore throat tapos hilanat tapos trankaso. ppaaaeeeetttt kaau ako kahimtang ad2.

khymm naa pod kay dark circles?? or allergic shiners (dark circles caused by allergy)... kay ingon ako doc, mao daw na cause y naa ko dark circles..
