nope, not yet familiar with that. I am a php developer and still exploring on VB.net. I am on R&D with web services using vb.net and other framework that is needed.

ok this is going to be a bit hard..so make a little more effort on this....
1. you must know how to develop a web service.
2. the best way to do this you must know how to develop an application is to use an Object Oriented Programming.

i'll try to help you as much as i can. its been such a long time since i developed a pocket pc application mainly because theres no market for it anymore. since the Dell ceased to produce the Axim x51v i was no longer interesed in making such applications. but i'll try to accomodate your queries.
