I'm in a metal band and naa sad koy sideband na alternative and i listen to different genre. Angkon lng ko manaway man sad ko labi na sa mga Hip-Hop medjo luoran ko mamniaw cuz non-sense kasagaran lyrics pirmi lng ***...and sa mga punk ang emo manaway sad ko not because of thier music but sa ilang mga dagway and attitude but listen to emo and punk music sometimes. Basin nag too ka nga ang mga amercano dli kamao manaway mas worst pana ang ilang criticism did2 they always find a way to bring you down. And imung mga examples na musicians nga naay lain side projects na different from their music ma-ihap ra pero count the fans, audience or people that hates and criticized them because of what they did, thousand and millions of close-minded music lovers out there. hehehe

the whole people in Pantera all play country. Dimebag and Vinnie ky traditional country ila with outlaw flavor and Philip anselmo sticks more to his southern rock thingy..

I forgot the name of the band with dimebag and vinnie nga ang lead vocalsit is traditional country singer david allan coe.

Since cowboy in hell i know somewhere in in their heart has a place for country music. plus they came from texas too herhehhe

Pangutan-on kuno ta mo beh, willing mo mosession to any member of Cueshe? I guess not because ang tirada dili mo ganahan... usually dili sad sa tirada but sa attitude and sa reputation sad nimo tan-awon!
I didnt hear Cueshe's album so i cant comment. i only heard the controversy behind their ripping of songs hehehe... i saw Cusehe live in our school before when they were still a showband...

Hale. i heard some comments about them but i heard their album twilight in it sounded like mid 90s alternative rock with some hint of folk rock and britrock... i dunno ...

I just dont understand. While in the U.S. people from the opposite pole of the music genre do collaborate. I mean look at Switchfoot's Jon Foreman now collaborating with bluegrasser Sean Watkins. And they do it out of pure adventure and fun and not by some label negotiations (both artists are now unsigned).

Then there's Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine doing folk songs as The Nighwatchmen.

and James Hetfield of Metallica on CMT singing with Jessi Colter.

Then Sebastian Bach of Skid Row releasing a country song.

But the most open minded of them all is Kid Rock who seems to combine all genre in one album...

But here in the philippines i often heard a lot of discrimination. Like they dont wanna associate with the hiphops cause they are metal or they don't wanna come near to the emos cause they are punk (without their knowing that emotive hardcore was an offspring of hardcore punk during the 80s). In fact these people who called themselves punsters aren't really punk at all because they are still following a certain image. Punk originally meant to do it yourself and not to comform to the norm but here they are these so called punksters calling themselves punk because they wear their hair as such and they behaved as such and etc...
or maybe he dont consider you as a friend peace
