@girly_band: imo nalang husband ang paaplaya. Yes, pwede ang COE basta nakaindicate pod ang income details and company address sa letterhead. Pwede pod ang proof of billing sa auntie basta muhatag ang auntie og authorization nga imong gamiton ang iyang billing.

by the way, if naa lang ang releasing officer (usahay naay training or meeting sa manila), processing takes 2 to 3 days. Last monday, naay istoryan niapply, pagkasunod adlaw, release dayon ang unit.
