Rasengan O Chidori?...or lain pa jud?

Up to level 7 diay ang rasengan? so Jiraiya has used rasengan at level 7?.. or he hasn't shown it yet in the manga or anime..?

i think mas kusgan jud ang rasengan!!..if imu i.compare ang rasengan og chidori at the same level with the user...daog jud ang rasengan oi!! ...layu ra kaayu ang chidori..mapalid ra guro nah. si naruto kai napildi rman toh siya sa waterfalls na away kai ni stage 2 baya toh si sasuke. ...and IMO level 1 pa si naruto..if imu i consider and tail sa iya chakra..usa ra..then 9 baya ang tails sa fox..

stop nah sa argument for me much better ang chidori compared to rasengan..rasengan is powerful in terms of great force nga molupad ang kontra if maigo while sa chidori is a great jutsu nga mora cya mahimong sword iya kamot nga maka cut og anything..

just saw naruto movie 2! First time ko nakakita nga nakapatay ang RASENGAN. so i can say nga mas deadly jud ang rasengan, nabuslot gud ang dughan sa kontra. hehe

i think dili by level ang tawag sa rasengan but by steps... and ang na learn ni naruto kay ang 3 steps, basic na rasengan.. but later(in manga) i saw naruto holding a giant rasengan...

i think kakashi didn't complete the chidori.. i think sauske will complete it..

comparison:
the rasengan can be used over and over again without casting it again unlike the chidori
chidori requires speed basically you're like a bullet

similarites:
both the user's charkra is visible

Haaay...the fact is were trying to commpare two techniques being used by two promising yet still young ninjas... a lot of things can still happen...
