ahhh... ok, then why would zandro have his race inside the city?!? you say that i was very very very riding aggressively that i endanger the riders and the spectators. then why did he organize a race inside danao city?!? as you say its very dangerous. why didn't you make the race track very big so that all riders fit in the same race track and also why didn't the organizers put a stand or a space where spectators are away from the race track?!? i knew that day that something would happen. i knew that the first time i step at the race track that i would come to a controversy .

as you say, you saw me bump keken, gaga and the other riders. bumping happens every time even me i was bump many times and did i complain?!? you all watched me race because my riding style is too intimidating for other riders. if you don't slam on the brakes then bumping happens. if you don't give way when we are head to head to a turn then bumping happens. my technique is intimidation. if you are intimidated by me when we would not bump but if you have no fear then that a problem. and one thing i never intended to bump keken but he was in MY RACING LINE. i grab the moment where i saw an opening and gun my way though but the sad part is keken didn't think that i was going to pass him. he never saw me coming and when the time i had the full momentum he was in my way. you all didn't see the whole picture because that curve was a blind spot a lot of people was standing and you never saw me how i prepared my turn and how hard i pushed myself in order to pass him. you don't know how hard i tried to pass all those riders. you don't know how hard it is to make a pass in the danao circuit. i don't have the powerful bike but what sets me apart is that i have the skills. i admit to have bump keken "but that pass was not all my fault" it was also kekens fault why he didn't saw me coming and why he was so relaxed when i passed him. i thought that keken knew i was there and i thought he was prepared that i would pass. then guess what he didn't and fell down. then the design of the danao racetrack also puts a danger to the racers. how would you make a 2 lane highway into a one man passageway?!? that was the dangerous stretch of raceway i have ever scene in road racing. if you don't have the guts you pass riders in a small passageway then why don't they give way to the faster riders?!? and why don't they slow down so that the faster riders pass.

you wonder bobby why i am expressing myself here?!? it's because you and zandro put me in a very very very HUMILIATING position in MY LIFE. if you would have to disqualify me then why didn't you and zandro put me in a small room where all of the riders involved and all the spectators away from the briefing. i called you traydor because that stretch of my HUMILIATING LIFE would put me in a position where you and zandro or zandro only made the decision to disqualify me. you don't even know what i felt during the disqualification. i saw you face. i saw what was in you eyes the time i bump keken. i saw the face of anger. i never saw your face like that for a long long long time. i have seen what that face have done in the past. that is why i called you traydor. even though you call keken as not your team mate but he is still yamaha. if he was not sponsored or supported by yahama then why does his bike resemble the bike that you have in you ten, the last time i was that graphics in the race track was when it was raining at cartzone. and driven by you cousin. that i why i call keken a yamaha rider. sorry for miss interpreting but i don't know the new riders. and i also knew that cyrus racing team is interested in circuit racing. all i knew was they are drag racing amateurs.

why did zandro mentioned that motocross style racing is prohibited in ROAD RACING. and i was also disqualified because of that. didn't you forgot what was your riding style during the rainy race in kartzone?!? you also have videos of the prohibited riding style in road racing. why didn't zandro disqualify you during the race?!? i used the same riding style you did in kartzone and applied it to the danao circuit. and in turn gave me the advantage to have quick and aggressive turns.

you didn't know that i was approached by one of kekens men?!? and almost punched me. you didn't know what threat i had when i was there?!? you don't know that my name in the motor sports industry has gone horribly wrong. i have protected my name for a long time. i did what i was trained and what has my experience gave me during my 10 yrs of racing. if my parents would have been there my family and kekens family would have a fight. and you also didn't know that one of the men of keken would always hit me with his face towel when i was racing?!? and you also did not listen to what kekens mother or kekens tita said that "i would not enter mandue city" i was somewhat blessed that my father was not there because if he saw kekens men always hitting me with his face towel, he would have punch him or much worse pushed him during the race. yes it totally gives you the goose bumps because this is the time that i have said my reactions during the race. my family was not there but i had friends that watched over me and if anything would have happen they would jump out of the crowd and help me. the goose bumps you are feeling right know is the goose bumps i felt i something would go wrong. and also my friends at the danao circuit was also the residents and gun makers of danao. that is why i said that if something would go wrong they would not hesitate to protect me.

I'm sorry that i called you trator bobby but you don't know how i feel today because of the danao circuit. when we left during the meeting regarding the incident at danao my grudge was not over. not in my 10 yrs racing experience that the organizers would disqualify me and would prohibit me from racing the OZ racing circuit. it is very hard for me to recover my dignity. the wounds of racing have healed but my wounds of humiliation cannot be healed. you have saw me being humiliated by my father but that is okay. he is my father even i am humiliated by him i could bear the humiliation. if you where in my shoes you would feel the anger i have gone though. you would feel the pain that all motorists think of me. most people don't know me because i don't drag race. i don't race illegally or unprofessionally. i don't go to motorist forums and i don't participate in bike shows. that why other people judge me directly by my actions. all i did was racing, it was not a personal issue it was a sport issue. walang personalan racing lang. but the way zandro made the decision is unprofessional. in this forum i hope to regain my dignity a little bit.

well,you should complain from now on. If it's valid, they'll listen to you and most probably rule in your favor. As long as it's in the rulebook.

Sa totoo lang, when you race, I always watch you. I've been watching you since your peewee days. I still recall you having beat me at a race somewhere in the south. I just don't have the stamina anymore. Or maybe I just got tired na of racing in the dirt. Anyway, I am so interested in how you would fare in road racing. I want to monitor your transition from offroad to road racing. I would always take pictures of you.

It was Zandro's idea to put you and Keken inside the four cornered barrier. But I think the reason why Zandro did that is..first of all, he wanted to shield you from the mob. I mean, the mob, which is the Keken supporters, which is composed of his tv fans, team or cyrus members, friends and relatives. They wanted to get even. I know about the guy that punched you in the ribs. And that is exactly the reason why I held Keken. When I saw the commotion wherein Keken was chasing or following or looking for you, I knew immediately he wanted revenge. I know Keken. He doesnt care if you're big or small. Influential or not. Rich or poor. Imagine this. I held Keken by his left arm. I was holding on to him from the time he went after you from the starting area to the back of the building then back to the starting area with my leathersuit on. I got so tired walking so fast trying to keep up with Keken. I told him to let the officials or Zandro decide. I asked him to file a complaint to the committee instead. He just wont listen. He just has this LOOK in his eyes. If you were not my friend, I would not interfere with Keken's plan. I would just watch from the sidelines and enjoy the spectacle.
Oh by the way, I agree. It would have been better if you and the other riders involved had a closed door meeting to avoid humiliation to anyone . but what zandro did was like giving you the black flag during the race . Anyway I will advise zandro to conduct closed door meetings in future incidents . im sure zandro will read this

I dont recall zandro prohibiting motocross riding style in roadracing. In fact the late Reman "Gaga" Colina was racing using the motocross style because the xrm 125 he was using , was in the original offroad form and not in the road racing set-up.what i recall that zandro prohibited was the using of motocross helmets in all of the underbone categories.

No , i didn't forget that i raced in the wet 3rd leg applying the motocross style.It actually helped me win two categories.hehehe. . its difficult to forget the style i've been accustomed to for 16 yrs racing motocross. that is the advantage of ex-motocrossers like-jolet jao, toti alberto,maico buncio, glenn aguilar and myself .hehehe

i understand how you feel believe me, I DO , but let's just understand zandro. how he handled the situation. It may not have been appropriate to all, specially to you. But with the time that was left, Zandro was I think constrained to finish the remaining races as it was an "out of town" leg. He has no time to look for a room to conduct the grievance meeting. Plus, it was, I think, the first time that an incident like that, happened in Zandro's racing event. But I actually admired the way he resolved it. He asked his men to pull the barriers and form a squared area wherein he placed the two of you. That way, you were shielded from the mob. Like you said earlier that someone from the other group tried to punch you. Correct me if i'm wrong, but you actually felt safe inside the cordoned area. Well, I did.

Joshua, without a doubt, you regained a substantial amount of DIGNITY. And for the info of our fellow forumers, I still regard you as a my friend. Walay plastikan to. Walay atik-atik. If there's one person who wishes for your success in roadracing, that would be me. If you would want my advice in bike set-ups or some riding tips, I would not hesitate in sharing what I know. I'm not an expert or a pro rider. But I do know how to have fun inside the racetrack.

Apology accepted. Actually, more or less, I know how it feels. And it's not good. It's just unfortunate that something like that has to happen. Even Zandro did'nt like it. Being a rider himself, and a friend of your family, he had difficulties at that time. Believe me. He literally was put to test. He had so many questions. Should I give Joshua the black flag? What about Jubal?
How will the Moto-Fix team react? He has TONS of things to consider. But what he eventually decided or ruled upon is based on the existing RULES that he adopted from the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Rules & Regulations.

By the way, I was one of the persons who adviced Zandro to hold a riders meeting (for those involved in the Danao incident) at Kartzone. The purpose of that meeting was to resolve the problem, avoid repeatitions and to reverse Zandro's decision to ban you from ever competing again in Zandro's future circuit races. By the way, I was also one of the people(not the only one), who adviced Zandro of letting you race again in the 5th leg because I felt that BANNING you was too harsh. That's whats nice with Zandro. He listens to advices. He is not the DICTATOR TYPE of guy.
