this is just like the "Arnel Pineda" comments on youtube.

Arnel Pineda di daw kabalo magpronounce english sa Faithfully nga kanta ug ubang kanta sa Journey.

Pero asa na man si Arnel karon? Successful na, nag-tour na gani sila.

Most of the time, ang mga manaway maoy mahabilin sa ubos.

Yes give her a break . Indeed the power of FREE SPEECH ! Hehehe ... guys and gals ... tuod nasayop siya but because nasayop siya doesnt mean she dont deserved to win kay dili man na diha sukdon ang success s a1 ka tao . Its only a factor actually . BTW ... I really agree CEBUANOS are good in ENGLISH , labaw pa if pasuwaton pero I doubt if you guys are to be called GOOD SPEAKERS in front of people and in national TV . SO please just like my old post regarding JANINA , HILAS ra kaayo ta manabi when in fact we are not good speakers ourselves and NO dili mi paryente ni JANINA , I am not defending her either , I just find the comments here HILAS . I cant even understand some of the CALLCENTER AGENTS who actually studied kay ngano ? They are just trying to fit in sa circle aron ma explore nila ang ENGLISH nila to become AMERICAN ENGLISH . EVen some if not most of the students of CIE and CIS , paminawa na ang ilahang ENGLISH , its not even AMERICAN ENGLISH . So sa uulitin , let us give her a break , give her the benefit of the doubt and respect her wishes . Murag si kinsa pod mo da mga ENGLISH KARABAW diay .

I don't measure one's intelligence through his fluency in english. But admit it, she wasn't able to answer the simple question the judge was asking her. Well, she's only 17 and has 7 months to improve. It's not about that anymore, the issue here is about her quitting. She had the chance to prove her critics wrong and that she truly deserved the title. If she's a quitter then she has proved us that she doesn't really deserve to represent our country at the 2008 Miss World beauty pageant.

The term BACKED OUT should be more appropriate than the term QUITTING . When we say QUIT ... it means STOP or CEASE but when we say BACKED OUT ... something that holds her to the point maybe against her will . She has her reasons and that clearly was said to be the DEATH of a FAMILY . We'll never know if its an excuse , scapegoat and defense mechanism as an alibi but one thing for sure , we are not JANINA SAN MIGUEL so we'll surely not know what she feels and thinks on the matter .

Ti-aw mo na ? A really typical PINOY , namatyan na gani mao lang gihapon himuon ug PULUTAN sa mga storbot .
