features depends ra sa version and model.

but in general, getting the upgrade you get more stability.
faster response time. more efficient na siya in more than one ways.
ma less ang hangup and reseting if not ma eliminate gyud.

all in all having the upgrade makes the phone function better.
less risk na magkaproblima ka later on like data loss.
i highly recommend u have ur phone updated to latest firmware version asap.

in many cases, like sa 7650, 3650,6600,etc. that has lower versions will have problems like constant hangups and involontary resetting and irritating system errors. also data loss like ma corrupt gyud ang phonebook. in many cases mu dead ang unit kalit or as in white screen nalang di na mu on after reset. sa 3650 nokia ra mu appear then fade in and out 4x then mu off. sa 6600 mu gawas nokia ra nya di na gyud mu on.

yes it should be upgraded.

4.09.1 also has the problem with any smart 64k sim.
try inserting any smart sim released in the past 2 years and ur phone wont work.

mark, i upgraded my cell this pm to version 5.53 at gizmo,,ive just found out now,,,, when tryin to restore from memory card,, extra/memory/option......the "restore from memory" option isnt there any more,,,, my previous version it was ther! how come shed some light on this?

it should have that even after upgrading it...what time did u drop by? why didnt u look for me?

anyways, pls double check nalang, if wala gyud drop by look for me ako check ana personaly, that the 1st time ive ever heard of that happening.

bro pa up grade nya ko next month 50% ghapon ha!..heheh!....mo palit na unta ko ug mmc reader katong tag 300 ba..nya dli mn mo detect sa ako 32mb na mmc.. next tym nlng ko palit ana kong naa na ko 128mb...
