what the heck? kuyawa gud ani.......asa man tawon na nga page sa dicyionary nga ang mo volunteer for work meaning to say mo work nga free ug charge, mao pay mo bayad sa institution para maka work voluntarily? Hello Philippines.....no wonder na super noted kaayo ta all over the world for extreme corruption........my god!!!! what a shame.......
kung kinsa man gani ang nag implement ani nuh sa ilang hospital......dapat kuhaan ug lics. paka ulaw lang ...maayo jud ibitay ug paasohan inig human pahulmigasan.

Hi guys..im a nurse and apil jud ko anang mag volunteer nalang kay para maka experience. Though I haven't experienced being asked to pay for my service, but I am aware that it is currently happening especially in Cebu. I agree sa uban na unta pud the nursing schools will regulate the number of nursing students who will enroll, like sa amo skul dri sa Dumaguete, before they used to have a ranking for the first years, like for example only the top (so and so) ang madawat. If that could have been the case, unta those who aren't worthy (i'm saying it coz i know others are only using 'Power' to pass) will find another course that could be more of worth for them. But cge, said and done naman na, so let's face nalang the current issue - na daghan najud kaayo nurses - hospitals should find ways in order to regulate incoming nurses who would like to volunteer for FREE... sustah volunteer na gani...pabayaron paka!! I mean limit the # of months for the experience to give way to others without overcrowding the hospitals dba? Makagu-ol lang usahay to know that others have to pay pa in order to work...dba dapat you work gani to have money... hhhmmm
Anyways, that was just my point of view...hehehe

i feel all of you gyud. pa.it kaayo. pero there is always PNA who is always ready to help. We can send our mails to them so that they would know our needs. Kay nakita nako before sa news na daghan na nireklamo kabahin ana na stayl. Ako pait kaayo ako experience sa pagpangapply diha sa Vicente Sotto ai. Nangapply ko diha as nurse volunteer pag April pa. Pero hangtud last month sige lang ingon na tawagon ra daw. Until recently nadungog nalang nako na nag.absorb na sila ug bag.o na batch. Apil pa gyud ako ig.agaw na bag.o lang nangapply. Pa.it gyud kaayo. Nitawag ko usab ang nakatubag nurse na tiguwang ug tingog na lawom kaayo. Igo ra ko gitubag ug paadtuon na pinabundak storya nya gibutangan diretso sa telepono wa pa gani ta ka pasalamat.

nya ikaw sad na nangapply wa ka mahimo oi kay ikaw may nangita ug trabaho. natural magpalooy looy nalang ka kay anyway gabaan raman pud na sila in the end.

mao jud oie... very harsh jud.. last july koh ng-inquire ana pgvolunteer dha sa sotto really it sucks ka-experience koh ug gkasab-an na nangutana rman koh and mind u PINABUNDAK jud ha! I said to myself jud d nku mobalik aning hospitala wa jud au pangwarta rah...huhuhu Paetah aning kmutangan na wlay padul-ngan oie!

ana jud na, dghan na man gud tang mga nurses dre sa cebu. hasol na kaayo kay wala nay lain hospital nga matukod. mao na nainvent ang "Volunteer" pero bayad ka. hehe
