after cvg, nag training ko dri for 2days sa ilang telesales. had to leave cebu so i left. emergency man to

anyway, Northern TelcoWorks is a legit company which has small scale call center sab. thats where i applied.
They consists of only 30-50 agents. fixed schedules, sat sun day off. with packed lunch as 30mins lunch. i think it was 8:30pm till 5am.
The pay gross WAS around 16k almost 2yrs ago. mejo competitive na na ad2 una. karon, wla ko kabalo pla nay pay did2.
The callcenter part is still with connection sa ilang medical transcription. IT IS VERY EASY!! lisud lang ang quota kay pirmi busy customer. Outbound man gud.

You just have to follow up on customers with regards to their FREE magazine.[easy to sell kay FREE]
either if theyd accepted the offer or theyd like to renew the free subscription for another year.
Thats probably why ang mga nakakita nila happy pag gawas kay LAX man ang environment. if naa kay callcenter exp. its fairly easy. anad na ka sa yawyaw sa mga busy nga foreigner.

p.s. Ayaw ka intimidate sa Phone Simulation kay the trainer is only giving you the worst possible approach over the phone. Rest assured THAT SELDOMLY if not NEVER happens in real calls.

hehehe... ako nang hibaw-an sa ila transcription... magkapas-pas ka ug daghan ka ambuhat mag ka taas sad imo pay.. pero gamay gyud ang start 6k... sa una pa man to.. ambot lang karon.. pero sa una.. kay naa makadawat ug 50t... kay pas-pas namn kaayo...

batiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! kaau nang NTW... ahak kaau!!! training ka for 15 days without allowance then after sa training wa pay sure na madawat ka... depende kung kapasar ka sa ilang stats... dili man med trans tanan gipangita nila... naa sad general transcriptionist.... gamay ra kau salary.... for me mas stressful cya sa call center... cge man ka atubang sa comp.. d ka pwede mohawa kay mag transcribe baya ka then murag naa mo quota.. basta... unlike sa call center na mag storya2x ra ka then pwede raka ka tindog2x basta sul-ob lang nimo imo headset... basta oi......... bati kaau na diha... luoy gani kaau akng friend na ni-apply dha... after training wa jud xa nadawat bisag gamay.... wa man xa nadawat... knhangln paspas jud ka mo-type... then murag wala cla medical insurance.... pinakabati!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just came from my 1st day of training and did2 pa mi ig ignan sa amo sweldo...
know what? They dissapoint me. from the 13k they USED to offer me, it is now down to 260 per day as a trainee and you need to get the quota for at least 3days withing you 30day training period. or else, you will get NOTHING!!

it sucks!! 260 per day is like almost 7k / 30days sa 22working days!!
wtf... 10 out of 9 came sa training and by the end of the shift, all 9 of us agreed not to show up anymore, mangapply nlng mi ug Qualfone later...

NTW is probably the cheapest ive seen. omg..

the account is still easy though(telesales). But the pay isnt really inticing...

purya gaba au ni na company. swear. liman ka, training for 15 days nya if dili nmu makuha ang grade na ila g.require kay bali wla ra tnan nmu paninguha kay aw ka sweldo noh. murag matagak na volunteer work sia tnan. bt sosyal au sia na volunteer work kay mu mata gyd ka ug kadlawn nya mag transcribe ug msgs just like ila mga reg employees...bsta pag bantay2 lng gyd mu ani na company guys.. garabeh gyd au.
