I would agree na slow lang dapat ang pag English, i neutralize sad ang accent, most students are already professional... I think most of them would want to have spontaneous conversation. Of course when you'll have your first lesson with the student, try to ask personal infos, favorites, hobbies... so later on, when you talk, you would be able to ask him questions which is relevant to the student's personality.

bro select the easy topics.. then present it creatively... visual aids like pictures are big help and do make it interesting... koreans are child-like... malingaw nah sila if lingaw ang teacher... but depende sa imo students if adult or chilren.. but mas ma impress ang imo gi demohan if nice ang presentation... i used to work as an ESL intructor..... but wla na krn.. heheh

hmmm sa akong experience with korean kids.. firm and gentle akong approach.

mu gara na sila. u have to make it a point na ikaw japon ang teacher.
speak english slowly and clearly...and provide them with lots of pictured books and
flash cards.. well, this worked for me for about 3 mos.

derecho nalang kuha TESOL certification bro. cram training plus certificate which you can present to academies. naay mahal-mahal nga brand, ang CELTA (certificate of english language teaching to adults) around 1,600 USD ~ 2,500 USD (with accommodation). naa pa jud thailand so airfare, pocket money, etc. Gasto pero murag maoy pinaka reputable esl certification.
