students should not only depends on the teaching qualities or the attitude of the c.i.. gnhn rman sd kog c.i nga strict..kay sa ktong mga relax lng nga CI's,di kau ko mkat-on..CI's were all aproachable man bsta tarungon lng..

naa lng jd mi CI ron namu sa CHD and strat sbjct.. grbe jd.. she kept on comparing us from the skul kng asa xa gkan ngteach..the skul admin cudnt do somthing kay ngnihit jd cla sa CI's..

i understand perfectly what you mean.. why do you think i said MOST students? i never stated anything in universal terms..

ning-present ra ko sa akong opinion, mga ate ug kuya, na ang uban CI magstrinikto jud para magtinarung sad tawn ang mga studyante ug tuon, buhat ug requirements, ug dli mag-bugal2x sa duty.. naa may lain thread dire bah.. about unforgettable experiences sa student nurses.. do you think all those lapses of judgment and, let's say, lack of professionalism, would have happened if dli kaayo lax ilang CI? (sorry nalang sa maigo)

right now, i don't hold any grudges against my former "tougher than usual" mentors.. i'm even thankful for the times i have been under their tutelage.. looking back, i can say for sure that i've learned, understood, and retained more lessons from them, because for my part, i worked and studied harder for them not to throw shitloads of crap at me..

correct, mas my nuon ang strict yet competent, and flexible ang imo CI. mas ma kat.on kag daghan, bhala nanang ilahang criticisms of any sort, its not the criticisms that count, its the quality of his/her profession is what matters

Well lain2x man jud ang SKA sa mga CIs, others mas intelligent pa (sa theories) ang mga students. Naa lang uban naay favoritism and ganahan sila mosip2x ang students nila. Naa pud mi mga CIs nga bookish kaau, ang uban nindot ug teaching strategies makita jud nimo ang ilang effort and passion sa pagteach para daghan makat-unan ang students. But ang gipangita jud nako sa CI, other than skills and knowledge, is patience.

Student nurses should always keep in mind bisan unsa pa na kanindot ug quality sa school and CIs, pero walay effort makat-on magsalig lang sa itudlo sa CI, bati pa jud atong attitudes, wala gihapoy ayo. In the end it all comes down to the individual.

you have a point ani na part gyud and very well said...i cud not agree more

for the CIs pod ky the love for teaching or passion should come from within para maka develop ug patience and pure enthusiasm to teach. mas maka share ug info to students pod if we keep an open mind for learning as well. learning is much more fun when one knows how to listen more and communicate well.

if all the ingredients for teaching works altogether...m pretty sure nindot ang resulta and daghan ma-learn plus ma-gain pa nimo ang respect sa students and people around u. labi na kung mau ang disposition (value system) sa teachers sa iya kaugalingon ky mo-reflect ra na outwardly and ang mga taw nay makasulti na "maau na sya mu-teach"...
