i think wa may saktong answer....ang imo lang is eye contact sa nag interview nimo and go straight to the point ig tubag sa iyang mga questions and show confidence to your answers...

Eye Contact : some people can't maintain eye contact, because of humility (read : mauwaw kay nahiubos kay nangapply pa lagi), i suggest, tan-aw sa interviewer, but focus OUT OF HIS/FACE, di man na maklaro sa interviewer nga gatan-aw ka sa likod niya.. maybe naa nindot nga view sa likod niya of which makafocus ka ug tubag, tapos di ka mauwaw nga gatan-aw ka niya..

Give Alternative : It happens most of the time, that what you know is not really what they need.. in short You don't know everthing.. tell the interviewer that you haven't grasp the whole content of what they are asking, but you know of another subject of which its almost the same content/process of what they need.. ayaw lang sad lagpas kaayo ha.. kay tsugi gyud ka diretso..

btw, corporation have 3 or more interviews.. first is the HR.. personal ug pacute2 lang ni.. tapos project level (normally head sa dept kung asa ka ikabutang, here, its about the job na..).. tapos ang kinakusgan ang amo na gyud (in this part of the interview.. its about the views na gyud.. diri na ang question and answer nga OUTLOOK (LIFE, CAREER, ABILITY) na gyud nimo ang ipangutana)..

walay sayop nga tubag.. dept/managerial level interview wants to know about your failure and how you cope up.. be sure to have 1.. personally , i prefer to have people who failed and stand up.. rather than those who failed and run away (read: resigned)

LASTLY, Dont Apply kung wala gyud kay applicable nga talent for the position, not unless you want a full change in career..!/

sa akng experience ky kapila naman sab ko moagi ani mostly ang question is related sa trabaho nimo kung unsa ka kacapable? then the last question is always "nganong ni undang man ka sa imong previous employer?" kahibaw naman siguro ka kung unsa imong tubag?

if u apply, its like selling a product, and the product is you. so unsaon nimo pag baligya sa imo kaugalingon nga mahalin ka. apply sa imong nahibaw-an ug ayaw pang-apply kong di nimo linya. Market yourself, mura ka nanguyab. so kung dika mahalin, awz, ingnon ka sa employer ani ay, "OK, WE'LL JUST CALL YOU, THANKS".
