after the M/V Princess of the Stars tragedy, is it rightful to shut down the operations of Sulpicio Lines?

Following this train of thought, we may also have to shut down Suzuki, Toyota, Ford, etc. since they make cars that cause thousands of accidents every year, killing far more people than any sea tragedy!!
What we need is proper implementation of our maritime laws. We need a complete reorganization of how we handle travel advisories/warnings for ships.
