my dad is a cebu city official. he talked to a local manufacturer and was told nga it would cost Php 10000 (less, even) para mu.himu anang lamps. even if u export from china, it won't cost more than Php 20000. corrupt kaau nang DPWH. cge lang patong. gikan sa kinaubsan hangtod sa mga dagko nga officials. d pa jud practical kay mubo kaau, nya dali ra kawaton. mura pa ju'g kandila kakusog ang suga. let me point out that the lamps are a national project. u can even see the same lamps in manila roads and highways.

pwede ta ka fabricate ana nga lamp. but i dont think na its going to be that nindot tan-awon......maybe it cud be a start nga na-a nata makita sa atong tax nga gi-bayad...hnay hinay lang..kay imposible biya nga derecho ang changes sa atong pama-agi...mas bulahan ta kay na-a nata nakita bisan gamay..adto mu sa uban lugar o nga city....until now wala pa sila nakakita sa ilang tax nga gi-bayad...

Lamps bought for Mandaue City during Asean summit: P224,000 each. The lamps have the same specifications as those bought for Cebu City, priced at P85,000 each. Another supplier offered to sell the lamps for only P31,000 each....
