i format balik imong hard disk unya use windows service pack 2. so far wala gyud ko nasuldi na og virus og spyware. mas maayo if licensed ang imong os para maka update ka sa microsoft pero if pirated gani, dont ever attempt to update your os sa microsoft kay magkaproblema gyud ka. i disable na lang ang automatic update sa microsoft if pirated. also use deep freeze if mu sulod ka og mga underground sites or porn sites. also try using f prot antivirus, kita gyud tanan virus, trojan or spyware. kinahanglang lang ka og internet connection kay dili mu dagan og dili ma update.

make sure updated imo anti-virus ug anti-spywares.

then:
-block everything sa imo firewall.
-disconnect your LAN or internet access.
-run anti-virus
-run anti-spyware
-don't use ie. use firefox or opera or mozilla
-have a poweruser account created in your PC. Use admin account sparingly.

my anti-virus is AVG
my anti-spy is XoftSpy
they are all FREE. and they are working GOOD.

when downloading peer-to-peer, make sure you have a common DL folder. Scan that folder every successful DL. then during work breaks scan the entire PC for virus/spyware. You can install deepfreeze...it helps in warding off automatically installed nasty apps, fresh ang pc kada reboot.
