if u are desperate to sell this...then put more pics. that is how it is in real estate...
to be honest... your one and only pic is not appealing. sto niņo might be a prestigious subdivision but with the traffic and all plus the ongoing construction pa jud of the fly-over... you will be hard-pressed to attract someone to go there and buy without seeing first what they will brave the traffic for.

if you're really serious about buying a house.. you'd go over and give it a look. I'm not too much in a hurry to sell this house though.
