that is true. rustans is just relocating to banawa. specifically in san ramon (near convergys). I am a member of the rustans FSP and we've shopped there as long as i remember, rustans informed us thay they are transferring to banawa this march of april. For some reason, they did not renew the contract there in mango. in my opinion, better anyway that they are moving, the parking sucks there

It is a strategic location. Rustans will be catering consumers in the south area since Fooda, Ayala, SM & BTC are eating up the central and north area of cebu.

actually BTC grocery space was offered to Rustan's

i don't know why they refused....So robinsons took BTC's offer.

and now they want to move out of mango avenue.......

the building is so dilapidated.

i hardly see regular customers going there. maybe some loyalist

me im contented with fooda here in guadalupe.

would it be bigger or smaller than mango avenue?

the lot owned by Arcenas i don't if its that big maybe from convergys going to the main road.

..cool. a major name in trading is going to banawa. Business is now slowly being dispersed, not only focused in colon, uptown or in ayala.
