Blackisle is the best rpg developer i ever seen....hands down xD
Bioware is good too...i like their NWN..

BTW...Warlords battle cry III also nice for a repitive game.....
and heroes of might and magic...let the legend live in classic xD

Why do I think Dragon Age is not such an incredible game?

Finished it once and thought it was decent, but the gameplay gets really repetitive and annoying. It takes a really long time to kill mobs, esp with the need to always "pause" the game to avoid making any mistakes. Basically to beat the game, you have to use tanking + AoE casting, and while it feels so good at first (after not knowing any effective strategy and always getting beat up by groups of monsters), it's really no fun and repetitive once you get the strategy.

While combat is long, the rewards aren't great either. Most of the time you'll get a few silver coins and a stupid glove.

Maybe it's just me, or I haven't explored more "ways" to play the game.

Anyway, best offline RPGs for me are Diablo 1/2 and Morrowind/Oblivion. Fallout 3 was okay, but not great.
