this company sucks...i heard nga mas dako og basic ang mga newbies e compare sa mga vet agents nga ni stay sa ps like 1-2yrs while ang mga newbies without experience mas dako pa noon..mga estimate guro og 3-5k ang diffrnce..

yes, i agree. i am one of the vet agents and the newbies are earning almost as much as i do. but hey this thread is for those who wants to apply so if you have some other things to say, by all means you may start a separate thread. thanks!

the company isn't that bad. the bad thing is that the management overlooked the loyalty of the vet agents, it's no rumor the newbies are getting higher salary- 16K. so kadtong gusto mo apply cge go, after 2 years you will realize how unfair the management and retention program is.
