    Ambot ba aning diet oi .. naka try ko 2 weeks nga more on oatmeal .... pan .. oatmeal ... akoa rice kada lunch ra ..

    sos Ginoo ko ... ngano gipa antos ko nimo .... ahhh after 2 week .. nag lagot ko ... da palitan ug humba .... 3 ka rice ... coke dayun ay da ..... ika usa rako mabuhi oi ...... mahimo ra gihapon ta skeleton inig mamatay . ... kaon taman ... bahala na ... i dont care .... kalami ba lamang sa lechon ...... hmm baka ......

    sos ...

    after one month ,.,,, hala d na kaigo ako favorite shirt .... from small size inig adto sa mall kay medium na ako size huhu .. unya naa dayun magsukod ug mga small unya naa abs ... masuya ko .... unya ... nipiyong ko ug nisaad nasad nga NO RICE AGAIN ...

    so back to diet nasad ..... grabi gipakyaw ang oatmeal sa merkado ....

    pero after 2 weeks nasad ..... kung kanus a naigo nasad ang small size shirts .. nag wild nasad ko ..... unsay sala nako ... katungod nako mokaon ug lami oii ...

    ambot .. im going crazy about this diet thing ... if only i can find a buddy or a friend nga parehas me ug goal sa life ...

    lisod kaau mag diet unya imo mga kauban kay daku pa sa mouth sa dinosaur kung maka kaon ug ila tinai ug esophagous mas daku pa sa imburnal sa mandaue ... haysysysysysysys

    Because now a days we make ourself so lazy and we eat lot of healthy diet in a day on regular basis. We don't want to do exercise daily and don't like to do work hard so that's why we don't lose our weight easily. I hope you should understand that (why is so hard to lose our weight).

    sayop sa uban kay abrupt ang pagdiet. i mean inig start sa diet kay mgoatmeal na breakfast lunch ug dinner. ang resulta mura mag withdrawal sydrome. di na kasabut sa gibati ug mukaon nag bisag unsa nga mura nag walay ugma. haha!

    3 years ago, 182lbs akong weight. Nakarealize ko nga kapuy ning tambok. so nggym ko for 6 month then akong diet kay 1 cup rice nalang sa breakfast ug lunch. mukaon gihapon ko bisag unsa pero gamay nalang pd. inig dinner kay magmais instead of rice nya isda ug utan. kung dili kana ang sud.an kay mgoatmeal nya fruits. although hinay ang paglose sa weight, atleast kanunay. karon kay around 155lbs akong weight
