    Fruit diet and water, nothing else..

    preparing for a friend's wedding but
    you'll gain back twice as much you
    lost once you go back to regular food
    intake

    Or follow the two tbsp of meal thrice a
    day with water only. You'll lose twenty
    pounds in two weeks... Downside is,

    You'll end up in the hospital like I did lols.

    try ninyo paleo diet. no supplements needed, no starvation, you can eat as much as you want and requires only mild exercise. I'm doing it myself and i have no problems in maintaining my weight ever since. i do some cheat days but can loose 4 easily without much effort. It also improved my immune system because even though most of my officemates are getting flu, i'm only having it for few hours then everything is fine.

    kaning Paleo Diet is same same rah sa Atkin's Diet.. I am on it sad and nice ang effect though dli man xa diha2 daun.. it made me control my appetite and dli nah au ko mg.crave ug rice.. so in short aning mga diet - less carbs;

    it worked for me really well. i lost 5 lbs in the 1st week and almost 15lbs in one month with the same activity I have been doing for 2 years. It also fixed my sinusitis. Actually, you can elimate carbs in your diet because carbs are not essential to our bodies. Problema lang kay ang pinaka lami kay naa sa carbs.
