What: 1ST OFFICIAL MEETING a.k.a SINGLET DISTRIBUTION
When: March 23, 2012 (6-8am)
Where: Cebu City Sports Complex

Attendance:
Melvinthegreat, Takas bahay, Geff chang, Indie, Kfc, Blackout, Scorpionqueen. Viajedor, Junmatt, Onins, Gadgetboy, Rads, Icon king, Kurdapia.nikki, Botoy0917 (15 persons)

Discussions:
* To establish an official running group dubbed as "ISTORYAN RUNNERS CLUB"
* Registration fee of Php50.00/monthly for group funding (tentative, pero agree mi ani ganiha. hehe)
* Registration form and waiver must be filed and signed upon membership.
* Monthly road runs (1st road run last week of April - tentative, but most probably Sunday morning)
* Rules and Regulations of the group to be collated from the suggestions here sa thread and shall be drafted on the 2nd meeting
* For the group's formality, officers shall be elected on the 2nd meeting.
* 2nd meeting, April 1 - tentative

@ All.....I need to mention this that it was also agreed upon during the 1st official meeting this morning that it is one of the requirements that all recruits of Istroyan Runners Club MUST be registered first or MUST have an account in istorya.net before he/she be officially accepted by the club....And because of this, all non-forumer recruits prior to the said meeting (that includes our spouses and running buddies..etc) MUST create an account for themselves here in istorya.net to be officially called a member...

Oh by the way,,,the election of officers is scheduled on the 2nd meeting ,,, HOWEVER, even as early as today's meeting, it was already unanimously decided with much gusto that idol kurdapia.nikki will be our OFFICIAL secretary and treasurer...na late lang ni ganiha mao nang nay nakalimtan ug sulat (lol)
