just deposit in your bank of choice regularly to make your credit standing clean. you can apply anytime as long as the banks can see that you have the capability to pay off your credit balance. tip lang jud, ayaw jud pag-delay og bayad on anything from your electricity bills, water bills, cable bills and most especially your credit card bills kay mao na ila basehan sa imo credit standing if good ba or not. however banks are wary of those from call centers / BPO companies since ila naman na notice nga short term ra ang employment however in your case basin ma-grantan pa diay ka og card. ako personally i only have a very small credit limit since sauna pag-apply nako sa CVG ko work and hadlok ang banko sa akong job tenure kay usually mag-AWOL ang mga taga call center nga nursing grad. hehehehe. anyways i suggest BDO or Metrobank (not advertising but just suggesting from personal experience) kay ok kaayo ilang services, just make sure you pay on or before due date sa bill and double check the charges kay naa jud bitaw kalit lang mugawas nga "Financing Fee" og "Insurance Fee" that I never enrolled in. hahaha
