NHT (Now Hear This) is a brand. I actually auditioned the said system here in Manila with the Onkyo Receiver and I'm really impressed. Check out some reviews here http://www.nhthifi.com/n-reviews-home.html

I currently have a Marantz receiver driving a Wharfedale speaker system (available ni cya sa Circuit City) and so far, so good. My dad has a Yamaha (driving a B&W 6 series system) and an Onkyo and nindot sad. Actually, you can't hear the difference unless you have a very nice set of speakers (like a Martin Logan or a B&W 8 series or a Wilson Audio) Get a decent speaker wires and interconnects (Monster cable will do). I'm using AR (Acoustic Research 100 pesos per meter, i think).

@kid: Nice unta nang panasonic projector ba pero kailangan patag fabric screen for that noh and it would cost me how much kaha? 100k man tingali to sa Creative Studio ang ilang fabric screen lang...

I think I saw a Definitive Technology ProCinema 60 speaker system sa Creative Studio. You should try to audition it. Sounds great! If I'm not mistaken, it's on sale for 27K. Get a Marantz receiver sa Soundroom for around 15K and a Samsung DVD player for around 5K. Sakto sa 50K na budget nimo!

mga bros, have u heard about DVI? or Digital Video Interface. Grabeh ka aug difference compare sa walay DVI output na DVD players pagconnect sa PLASMA na monitor bai. Problem is mahal au ang Samsung DVD player with DVI bai!!! 15k! Na.a kay mga DVD players with DVI output sa Colon?

Nindot gyud na cya bro kay di naman niya i-convert ang signal to analog. So diretso digital to digital. I doubt if naa na sa Colon!
