number 2... daghan maguba nga structures..

ang simple nga pamaagi is water reservoir
per barangay...di na kailangan ug pump pagawas dagat kay dili man mag ulan ang Cebu for 1 month..
    cguro kinadugayan is 3 days...

Katong napundo nga water naa individual pump per barangay gamiton to nila
    for watering sidewalk plants/parks...

    Gamay ra gasto
    1.) underground reserviors
    2.) simple electric water pumps

unya kumusta ang baha sa Manila karon?

Php23 billion is way cheaper than the Php59.2 billion LRT Line 1 South Extension and Operation & Maintenance project of DOTC nga wala nakatandog sa traffic congestion in metro manila that is causing the country PhP 140 billion losses yearly...

nganong mangaguba man mga structures? surface to ground excavation diay himuon nga horizontal tunnel drill man gamiton...wala man gani nangaguba ang mga structures sa Kuala Lumpur metropolis nga daghan pa kaysa sa Manila...

In his condition, that's all he can do. nag nag nag everyone about how everyone else is doing it wrong except for him. Better to use that energy to think into a health program, lose that belly, and improve his overall health. The cancer has spread to his brain; he's not thinking straight.
