Actually if you have a screen shot to prove that you lost your connection. You can always go after them because you pay for your service by the month --- unlimited. That means that any down time that happens is quite obviously a proof that the connection is infact limited. It's just a play of words.
Also, try not to talk to the peons that work the front line. If you think you are getting screwed then talk to the manager. Keep your cool when you're talking to them though..no use getting worked up.
Bottom line is, you're probably going to get a few pesos back.. unless you're a plan 2999 subscriber which means for every day you lost your connection it's a P100 loss on your end. Now that shit matters.;
