installed iAtkos 5i MAC OS X 10.5.5 on Toshiba A135-S4527. Works out of the box. All hardware fully functioning. Lucky me, I have no idea how to wade thru kext.

some of us may like Linux.. some may like MAC.. but the thing is.. lahi lahi sila.. there are lots of things u can do in mac that u cant do in linux and vice versa.. ako gkan ko debian base linux system .. then to FEDORA.. wat i like sa linux is.. free sya.. open sa tanan... daghan ghapon kuti regarding sa mga hardwares. not all hardware fully functional sa linux.. sa linux ubuntu ang pina ka sayun nga ako na try.. more like GUI base OS.. nndot sya pang desktop but.. naa ghapon mga limitations.. sa GUI sa ubuntu and other distros nice jud.. mga effects and etc.. hands down ko sa linux.. nag gamit ko ko ug Puppy as my ROUTER, FIREWALL, DATA STORAGE, TORRENT, and WEB HOST personal nga site.. heheh paits dynamic raman ako ip gud.. P3 ako gamit.. no GUI ... kapa kapa jud kay terminal tanan,, para mas gaan sa P3 dal-on... nalingaw sad ko for a year man gud.. then shulang lang ang PC kay walay palong palong.. deads ang mobo.. hehehehe...

sa MAC experience nako karun.. ganahan ko... i can say nga same sa linux coz it took me days to figure out and to make all my HARDWARE work.. especially my 9600GSO 768Mb 192bit Vcard.. grabing basa basa jud to make QE/CI work.. but after 2 nights of kubi kubi.. hehehe it was worth it.. the only thing left nga wala ni work karun is my ENCORE TV TUNER. a4tech cam works . USB wireless CDRKING works. sa ako d i vcard it works on NVinject and NVkush with EFI hex string.. one thing i found out.. it makes my monitor bright jud.. sa linux ug windows pa ako gamit .. murag luspad ako monitor.. lahi ang quality sa picture.. pero diri sa ideneb 10.5.6 nako. sipa.. murag samsung ang clarity.. hehehehe..

para nako.. stable kayo even hack ra sya.. u can experience the mahalon nga product on ur baratuhun nga PC..

all apps nako are latest including the iLife 09, still waiting mahuman ang iband.. palingaw lingaw...

for gamers.. MAC and LINUX arent ur ROOM jud.. especially if online gamer like me.... sa games na nag work nako so far are Counter Strike Source Cider port for MAC, Crossover mac with issue gamay.. cant play PH online games.. huhuhhu

How about sa Parallel sa Mac? kasulay naba ka ana bro? virtualization - mao na ang problem sa ako kay naay time na ma-kick out ang parallel nko sa hackintosh pero naa sad time na mudagan sad (most of the time dili jud). unsay problem ana bro?

Using Kalyway Leopard 10.5.3 on a Dual core 1.8 ghz and 3 gb RAM. Its worth the endless hours looking for Network and Audio Kexts . I use it for surfing only, my work PC is still a Windows.

Ubuntu is also very nice and fast.

I have tried using the ideneb distro. So far so good on my acer 4715z laptop. Its cool trying out leopard for day to day use if you are planning on shifting to a mac or if you can't afford a real mac.
