    As far as nutrition is concerned --- dump the junkfood, eat regular meals --- don't skip breakfast --- eat less bread/pasta/rice --- replace with fish/chicken. Jog or walk for 30 mins/day --- Take your supplements. Feel na agad, first week pa lang!
